RCG intermediate gearbox - 10:1 ratio

Royce Cross Group's signature gearbox provides customisation, allowing customers to pair gearboxes and motors to suit individual rpm needs. 

The 10:1 ratio intermediate gearbox connects in the middle of the motor and another gearbox offering a further 10:1 reduction in speed 

This gearbox can be paired with a single-phase motor or a three-phase motor as well as having the option to connect with a variable-speed motor and a controller  for variable speed. 

All motors and connecting gear heads are sold separately.

There also is the option to add a mounting bracket (CGM-RCG-5MOUNTBRACKET), which is sold separately.

Th result is an individualised compact geared motor kit built to suit your individual application.

These kits are suited to many applications, including automation, conveyor systems, vending machines and other uses where motion control and power transmission are required.
