Manhole lid seal breaker

Used to open difficult and jammed manhole lids, the manhole lid seal breaker can be utilised with the manhole pit key (CLMPK-500).

It is used by placed the forkers of the breaker under the key's side fins, pressing down with your foot on the other while pulling the lid up with your arm.
