With surge protection built in, this is a three-pole ABB AF contactor boasts IP20 and IP40 protection for safety. It comprises a three normally open (3NO) contact configuration and a rated voltage of 690 VAC. 

Used for controlling power circuits up to 690 volts AC and 220 volts DC, AF09 contactors are mainly used for controlling three-phase motors, non-inductive or slightly inductive loads.
